Chicken Breast

- chicken breast(s), 1 in thick, as needed
- salt, as needed
- oil, optional, as needed
- butter, optional, as needed

my sous-vide cooker
large pot
vacuum sealable bag
(or zipper lock bag)
about 1 hours perfect, juicy chicken breasts

 

RECIPE STEPS

Heat My Sous-Vide to 149°F/65°C


Season and bag
Season with some salt, add oil and butter to lightly coat
Place chicken breasts into the bag and seal


Cook for 60 minutes
Lower bag into the water
Clip bag onto side of pot


Finish
Remove from bag and gently pat dry with paper towels
Sear on a pan until golden brown


Serve
