RECIPE STEPS
Heat My Sous-Vide to 144°F/62°C
Prepare the vegetables
Finely dice the onion and grate the carrots and garlic
Prepare the meat
Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper
Season and bag
Place pork chops into bag, add a generous amount of oil and seal For more flavor, add additional seasonings and herbs as desired
Cook for 60 minutes
Lower bag into the water
Clip bag onto side of pot
Finish
Remove pork chops from bag and dry all surfaces with a paper towel Bring a pan up to high heat and add oil or butter to coat Transfer pork chops to pan and quickly sear on both sides (about 2 minutes per side) until golden
Serve
