RECIPE STEPS

Heat My Sous-Vide to 154°F/68°C

Boil water
Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Blanch the crab
Fully submerge the crab in the boiling water for 1 minute to blanch

Bag and seal
Transfer the crab to the bag and seal

Cook for 45 minutes

Serve
Serve hot or chill in an ice bath for 10 minutes to serve cold
