Butter Corn With Herbs


60ml - olive oil, optional
3 - garlic cloves, peeled, optional
383g - corn, roughly 4 ears
2.8g - salt
57g - butter
5 - fresh thyme, sprigs, as needed
2.8g - black pepper, optional
- fresh herbs, of your choosing,
optional, as needed

about 30 minutes 4-6 servings



Heat My Sous-Vide to 194°F/90°C

Prepare corn
Remove the husk and silk on your corn
Remove kernels from the cob by slicing downwards over a bowl

Season and bag
Season the corn kernels with salt, butter, roasted garlic, and thyme
Transfer seasoned corn to the bag and seal

Cook for 20 minutes
Lower bag into the water
Clip bag onto side of pot
Cover the pot
