RECIPE STEPS

Heat My Sous-Vide to 185°F/85°C

Jar your ingredients
Fill each jar with 5.29 oz lentils, 10.58 oz water, and 0.12 g salt – or
about 1:2 parts lentils to water, and about 2 percent salt to the
weight of lentils

Cook for 90 minutes
Lower your jars into the water

Serve
Serve with desired salad or toppings
