Asparagus

 - asparagus, bunch
 - oil, optional, as needed
 - salt, as needed
 - fresh herbs, for seasoning,
optional, as needed

RECIPE STEPS

Heat My Sous-Vide to 180°F / 82 °C

Prepare the asparagus
Remove the hard, woody ends of the asparagus stalks
Using a vegetable peeler, peel off a layer from the asparagus

Season and bag
Place asparagus into the bag along with some oil and seal

Cook for 10 minutes
Lower bag into the water
Clip bag onto side of pot

Season
Season your stalks with salt, fresh herbs, or preferred seasoning

Serve
